About Our Client Our Client is a listed resdential property developer and a household name. Job Description Management: You will be required to manage the Divisional Legal Centre and the disposal of approximately 10,500 plots per annum together with part exchanges and the associated resales. You will manage a team of fourteen and will be responsible for ensuring the team provides an efficient plot conveyancing service to four regional Business Units, whilst ensuring that you have a professional, motivated team that realises its full potential and provides a high quality service to both its internal and its external customers.
