Various hours available.As part of ongoing development of the Community Children's Nursing Services within City Health Care Partnership CIC, a vacancy has arisen for a Band 5 nurse to join the Sunshine House short break unit. We are passionate team who offer respite and short breaks to children and young people (0-18 years) with complex disabilities and health needs. We also offer palliative care services to children and their families within our Forget-Me-Not suite. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work with the wider CCN and Special Schools nursing teams, to support them as required.
