Ward F3 is a tertiary centre for Thoracic Surgery for Greater Manchester. We are expanding our bed base to meet the demands of the service. As a result we have six Ward Sister/Charge Nurse jobs available. As a Ward Sister/Charge Nurse on F3 you will be in charge of the unit, you will be expected to attend board and ward rounds daily and co-ordinate patient care. You will be a confident and competent Registered Nurse able to advocate for your patients. You will be looking after patients who have undergone major lung resections. You will be expected to manage chest drains, epipleural infusions and PCA's daily.
