We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team as the Liver Cancer Pathway Navigator.The successful candidate will work alongside operational and clinical teams, to support the Hepatology Team to ensure regular surveillance of patients with Cirrhosis at risk of developing Liver Cancer across the Trust's region, and will be instrumental in proactively managing and escalating patient pathways.
