More detail about the role: The Seaton Hospice at Home team is managed by the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust but but is funded by the Seaton League of Friends. The team provides a specialist twenty-four hour holistic and patient-centred palliative care service for all patients who are registered with a Seaton GP and diagnosed a palliative, regardless of disease or complexity, guided by the individual needs and wishes of the patient and their loved ones.
